IHS Seniors Take Last Walk At Willis Field

Some events were a little difficult Friday night for Italy’s upper classmen. Not only were the Italy Gladiators playing the 3rd ranked 1-A team in football but the seniors were also closing a chapter in their book. Their hearts were on their sleeve as they stood in front of the hometown crowd and looked into the stands. The senior football players, cheerleaders and band members walked their last steps as IHS students on Willis Field.

Family and friends escorted their senior students on the field as each student was announced. Tears and smiles shown on their faces as future plans were explained over the speaker to the crowd.
