Thursday, January 8th 2009 at 6:30 PM a public hearing will be held by the Planning and Zoning Commission. This will be held in the Council Chambers of the Italy Municipal Building, located at 105 W. Main St, Italy, Texas.

The committee will be considering a request from P. J. Leible to consider permanently zoning 101 Dunlap St. from Single Family 1 to Commercial, including amending Section 18 Commercial Highway 18.1 General Purpose and Description to include Hwy 77.
