Yesterday, July 28, 2009 at approximately 4:30 p.m., officers of the Italy Police Department, Ellis County Narcotics Task Force and Ellis County Sheriff’s Office served a narcotics search warrant at 209 Couch Avenue, Italy, Texas.

Jackie Wayne Shelby, DOB 10-19-1968, was arrested for manufacturing or delivery of a controlled substance, crack cocaine and possession of Marijuana, and parole violation.

Also arrested was Shannon Monroe on warrants from Hill County for failure to appear, and aggravated robbery.
