It is a big day for Italy High School. Itasca squeaked by with a win in last year’s football game and our guys have no intentions of letting that happen again. But on an equally exciting note the Italy High School student body could win a Casey Donahew Band concert.

106.9 The Ranch, based out of Corsicana, is hosting a contest called Friday Night Lights where one of the area high schools will win a free Casey Donahew concert along with a $1,000 college scholarship.

The concert and scholarship will be awarded to an area high school with the most school spirit.

106.9 The Ranch will be at the pep rally today to see just how much spirit we have. The student body and faculty is needing EVERYONE in town to come to the pep rally.

Show your school spirit and your Italy pride and be at the pep rally in the old high school gym at 2:50 today.
