Three Italy students received their prize winnings from an Italian themed art poster contest sponsored by Lone Star Cyclists last year. The posters promoted the Tour d’Italia summer bike riding event here in Italy.

Cheyenne Frank won 1st Place receiving a $100 check for her rendering of a Gladiator taking a leisurely bike ride around the Roman Coliseum and Leaning Tower of Pisa.

Katie Byers won 2nd Place receiving a $75.00 check for her drawing of a bycycle rider passing by the Leaning Tower of Pisa.

And Morgan Cockerham took the 3rd Place spot with a $25.00 check for her image of a crowded Roman Coliseum adorned with the Italian flag.

Congratulatons to these young artists who have already began to leave their mark on the world and a special thanks to the Lone Star Cyclists organization for sponsoring the contest.
