December 5, 2009:

The 2nd Annual Italy Christmas Parade and Festival will be Saturday, December 5, 2009. The location will be Main Street in downown Italy and vendor check-in and setup will be from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Vendor booth and parade float forms are available inside Italy City Hall.

All vendors are responsible for providing all the materials needed for the set-up and operation of their booths. You will be notified of your assigned area the morning of the festival at the Vendor Check-in station.

December 6, 2009:

Also, on December 6, the Italy Ministerial Alliance will be performing a live Nativity scene in the parking lot next to the Cornerstone. The performance starts at 5:00 and will last 30-minutes. Guests can enjoy the presentation in intervals of 5-minutes.

Between 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., there will be services and the lighting of the Christmas tree in front of the downtown marquee, while everyone enjoys a warm cup of hot cocoa.
