Everywhere you looked Thursday morning you could see Stafford Elementary first and second graders wearing red Santa hats and smiles from ear to ear. They were at Trinity Mission to wish them a Merry Christmas by singing Christmas songs.

And sing did they ever! They sang Santa Claus is coming to Town, We Wish You a Merry Christmas, Frosty the Snowman, Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, It Must Be Santa Claus and many more. The audience was made up of parents, grandparents, Trinity Mission residents and teachers. All of whom heartily enjoyed the show.

“The kids from Stafford Elementary come every year so we are able to see how they grow. We see the smiles on their faces and the twinkle in their eye. They all believe in Christmas and that is the meaning of all of this – Jesus is the Reason for Christmas but seeing the happy children is the reason too,” expressed Carolyn Powell (Activities Director).

Merry Christmas!
