The Stafford Elementary PTO had its annual dinner and silent auction Friday, January 22. The venue for this annual event was the Stafford Elementary Cafeteria and the entire community was invited.

The meal included two tacos with rice and beans and was served with iced tea and a homemade dessert. At $5 per plate for adults, $3 per plate for students and over 20 items in the silent auction, the Stafford Elementary PTO took in $1235.00.

Monies raised at the event will go towards the “Stafford Elementary Play Day” that will be held at the end of the school year. The Stafford Elementary PTO appreciates everyone’s support during the dinner and throughout the remainder of the school year.

The PTO wishes to thank each Stafford Elementary class and their parents for donating gift baskets for the silent auction. Also, the PTO thanks the teachers for donating their time and helping to prepare the desserts and serve the meals.
