Three Lady Gladiator softball players receive All-State honors
Alyssa Richards named 2nd Team All-State Catcher in 1A — As a Freshman, Alyssa Richards was named to the Texas Sports Writers Association (TXSWA) Collin Street Bakery 2010 All-State 1A Softball Team as a 2nd Team All-State catcher. A few years back, a runner slid home and broke her leg after colliding with Richards, earning Richards the nickname, “Bone Crusher.” (Barry Byers)
