The Italy Economic Development Corporation will have their regular monthly meeting on Monday, July 26, 2010. The meeting will be held at the Italy City Council Chambers at 105 Main Street, Italy, Texas and will begin at 7:00pm.

The meeting is open to the public. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Agenda items include:

• Discuss and consider necessary action(s) regarding Mayor Frank addressing the Board regarding updating the IEDC Board regarding economic development opportunities.
• Discuss and consider necessary action(s) regarding the Resolutions for the purchase of the McConnell properties tabled by City Council on July 12, 2010.
• Discuss and consider necessary action(s) regarding operating account balance and whether to transfer funds.
