IHS Homecoming 2010 is this Friday, September 17. Both Italy ISD campuses will be releasing early on Friday so everyone can join in on the celebration. Stafford Elementary will release students at 2:15 and the High School campus will release at 2:30. Parade floats will need to line up at the High School beginning at 2:15pm.

Homecoming festivities timeline:

• 2:15pm – Stafford Elementary early release
• 2:15pm – parade float check-in
• 2:30pm – Italy High School campus early release
• 2:45pm – deadline for parade float check-in
• 3:00pm – parade begins
• 5:00pm – George Scott Memorial Dinner (High School cafeteria)
• 7:00pm – Pre-game ceremony honoring the 1940 Italy Gladiator football team
• 7:30pm – kick-off Gladiators vs Hubbard Jaguars

Post game activities:

• Fifth Quarter at the Cornerstone
• Class of 1960 at the Waxahachie LaQuinta
