Henry was eighteen and Alice was fifteen when they married and they just celebrated their seventieth wedding anniversary on September 28th, 2010 at Trinity Mission with their daughter Alyne Watson and her husband and the residents.

Henry and Alice have two boys, Jimmy and Hank Muenster and one daughter Alyne Watson. They have several grandchildren and four great grandchildren with one on the way.

Henry retired after thirty years of serving the Dallas Police Department as a police officer. After retiring from the Dallas Police Department he immediately began working for the Dallas Sheriffs office and fourteen years later retired again.

When asked what were her parents’ secret to their long and successful marriage, Alyne replied, " Mom and Daddy never met anyone they liked better than each other. Mom was seventy years old and still told everybody that Buddy (Henry’s nick name) was the most handsome and best man she ever met."
