Italy Junior High/ High School is a closed campus. Once students arrive on campus, they may not leave without following the procedures followed that have been established by the campus administration.

Guidelines to release a student from school:

The student must bring a note to the High School Office from a parent/guardian before 7:55 AM in order to obtain an Early Release pass. The Attendance Office will call the parent to confirm the student’s departure. The student will be given a pass to come and sign out at the time they are scheduled to leave.

When a note is not produced by the student, for student safety and verification, an authorized parent/guardian must physically sign their student out in the High School Office. 

Phone calls and/or FAX’s will not be honored for student release without the Principal’s approval.
