Local equestrians suited up in spooktacular costumes for the 5th Annual Flying Dollar Ranch Halloween Horse Show and Playday on October 30 in Italy.

Courtney Griffith of Midlothian and Elizabeth Terry of Waxahachie won “best overall” in the costume contest for their depiction of a wedding party. Their horses Elite Party Girl and Three Barz More were dressed as the bride and groom.

In addition to the costume class, a full slate of horse show and play day events were held. Following is a a complete list of placings.
