The Italy Economic Development Corporation will have their regular monthly meeting on Monday, November 22, 2010. The meeting will be held at the Italy City Council Chambers at 105 Main Street, Italy, Texas and will begin at 7:00pm.

The meeting is open to the public. Everyone is welcome to attend.

• Discuss and consider necessary action(s) regarding consultation with Gary Barton Engineers on the community center project.
• Discuss and consider necessary action(s) regarding financing options for the community center project.
• Discuss and consider necessary action(s) regarding the sample draft for Request for Proposal on the demolition of property at 101 East Main Street and 108 East Main Street, Italy, Texas.
• Discuss and consider necessary action(s) regarding transferring funds for the operating account.
• Discuss and consider necessary action(s) regarding rescheduling the December 27th Economic Development Corporation meeting due to the Christmas Holidays.
