The Italy Economic Development Corporation will have their regular monthly meeting on Monday, January 24, 2011. The meeting will be held at the Italy City Council Chambers at 105 Main Street, Italy, Texas and will begin at 7:00pm.

• Darryl Ratcliff, CEO of Green Bandana Group with a presentation on grants. Discuss and consider any necessary action(s).

• Discuss and consider necessary action(s) regarding financing options for the community center project.
