The Italy ISD Board of Trustees will have their regular monthly meeting on Monday, April 18, 2011. Meeting time is set for 7:00pm and will be held in the Italy High School band hall at 300 S. College, Italy. The agenda lists a full slate of items for the school board members to discus.

• Approve School Calendar
• Consider Policy EIC (Local)-Class Ranking
• Consider Pursuing a Shared Services Arrangement for the District
• Approve Requirement that Coaches must have CDL License for the District
• Consider the purchase of a School Bus
• Approve Mackey Graves to have authority to work with F.S.A. office on the matter dealing with leased school property

Executive Session Agenda Items:

• Consultation with attorney regarding resignation agreement
• Consideration of resignation deadline extension & administrator resignation agreement
• Consideration of cutting extra duty days and/or days of employment for all district employees that have over 187 days on their present contracts
• Discuss the purchase of property for the school
