Italy ISD will be having their Pre-K and Kindergraten Roundup May 2nd through May 6th. Please call and make an appointment. All appointments must be made by April 29, 2011.

These items must be presented at the roundup.:

• CHILD’S IMMUNIZATION RECORDS,
• BIRTH CERTIFICATE,
• SOCIAL SECURITY CARD
• also PHOTO ID OF THE PARENT/GUARDIAN MUST BE PRESENTED.

Roundup Times

• Monday, May 2, 8:30 – 2:30
• Tuesday, May 3, 8:30 – 2:30
• Wednesday, May 4, 8:30 – 2:30
• Thursday, May 5, 8:30 – 2:30
• Friday, May 6, 12:30 to 2:30

All appointments must be made by April 29, 2011. This is the deadline for appointments.

There will also be a shot clinic on Friday, May 6th, in the morning from 9:30 to 12:30. Students or children needing immunizations will be able to get them taken care of at that time.
