Agenda 5:00pm meeting
The Italy ISD Board of Trustees will have two meetings on Tuesday, May 17, 2011. At 5:00pm the board will meet to canvas votes from the May 14th election followed by a regular monthly meeting at 7:00pm. The 5:00pm meeting will be held in the IISD Administration office and the 7:00pm meeting will be held in the Italy High School band hall. Both meeting locations are at the Italy High School Campus at 300 S. College, Italy.
Some Agenda Items for 7:00pm Meeting:
- Consider participation in graduation
- Approve depository proposal
- Approve joining Ellis County Coop for shared service agreement
- Approve Budget Amendment 1101-07 and 1101-08.
- Consider an assistant for the band program
- Appoint Tanya Parker, high school principal, to Curriculum Director and Director of Federal programs.
