National Honor Society inducts new members

Italy High School has a chapter of National Honor Society that has been in place for many years. This year they inducted new members as the senior members graduate. Also, new officers were installed for the upcoming year on Tuesday night in the school auditorium. Chapter advisor is Tina Richards.

President of NHS, Kaytlyn Bales, presided over the meeting while officers took their place in the ceremony. New inductees:

Each graduating senior received their collar and new members received their pins. A reception followed in the library.

I pledge myself to uphold the high purposes of the National Honor Society to which I have been selected. I will be true to the principles for which it stands: I will be loyal to my school, and will maintain and encourage high standards of Scholarship, Service, Leadership and Character.
