Round and Round She Goes in 100 Degrees
From inside the Ennis Fire Department Command vehicle, Joe Frizzell, and, Bill Cleaver, check in with fellow members of the Ellis County Amateur Radio Club who are scattered along the 4 separate sightseeing bicycle routes during Tour d’Italia. E.C.A.R.C. currently has 62 members and also assist in weather spotting and in communications during emergencies. (Barry Byers)
