Italy High School’s Back-to-School Bash makes a splash with students

The Italy student body returned to school today but not before Italy High School Principal, Lee Joffre, invited all the Italy High School students (9th grade thru 12 grade) to attend the Back-to-School Bash which was held Thursday, August 11 at the Lewis residence just south of Italy.

The bash included food and fun in a backyard party designed as a meet and greet for the students and their new principal. The students and faculty members enjoyed swimming, dancing, volleyball, foosball, ping pong, obstacle courses, a dunking booth, ladder golf and dominoes.

Good luck to the students, the Italy ISD faculty and to Principal Joffre as they embark on what’s expected to be an excitingly memorable 2011-2012 school year.
