IHS Homecoming 2011 is Friday, October 7. Both Italy ISD campuses will be releasing early on Friday so everyone can join in on the celebration.  A last minute change to the schedule—the Italy Gladiator Regiment Band will perform their halftime show before the game (7:00pm).  This change is due to the need of more time during halftime for the homecoming court presentations.

The Stafford Elementary campus will release students at 12:20 and the Italy High School campus will release students at 12:30. Parade floats will need to line up at the High School behind the Field House beginning at 2:15pm. 

Homecoming festivities timeline:

• 12:20pm – early release -Stafford Elementary campus
• 12:30pm – early release -Italy High School campus
•   2:15pm – parade float check-in
•   2:45pm – floats must be in place
•   3:00pm – parade begins
•   3:45pm – pep rally-behind First State Bank, downtown Italy (time is an estimate)
•   5:00pm – George Scott Memorial Dinner @ High School cafeteria (food served thru 7:00pm)
•   7:00pm – Italy Gladiator Regiment Band will perform their competition show
•   7:30pm – kick-off: Italy Gladiators vs Blooming Grove Lions
