Notice of Public Hearing and Notice of Project

Italy Economic Development Corporation

In accordance with the Development Corporation Act, Section 505.159 of the Texas Local Government Code, a public hearing will be held by the Italy Economic Development Corporation, a Type B corporation, on Monday, October 24, 2011, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Italy Municipal Building, located at 105 West Main Street, Italy, Texas, to consider and take action upon the following project:

Phase 3 of the Italy Community Center Improvements Project, located at 100 and 108 East Main Street, in Italy, Texas, and also located at 161 West Main Street, in Italy, Texas.

It is requested that you make your views known, either in person or by writing to the Italy Economic Development Corporation.
