The restoration of the J.P. Griffith Gymnasium, damaged during the April 2011 tornado, is coming to an end and a special dinner and program is planned for Saturday, February 11.

The brisket dinner will be served from 5:00 – 6:30 p.m. The rededication ceremony will begin at 6:45. During the evening pictures and memorabilia will be displayed by decades for guests to browse and enjoy. 

The dinner includes brisket, potato salad, green beans, bread, tea and dessert. Adult plates are $8.00 and children under 12 are $5.00. 

Pre-Event dinner tickets go on sale Monday, January 30, at either the elementary or high school office. It is requested that if you are not able to purchase your tickets ahead of time, please call Patty Hernandez in the superintendent’s office and RSVP that you will be attending. This will help us with our meal estimates.
