Stafford Tigers break the bank on awards

The fifth six weeks awards assembly was held at the Stafford Elementary gymnasium and as usual it was over flowing with proud students, family members, Stafford teachers and staff. As names were being called and each student was recognized for his or her achievements, smiling faces were galore.

Mr. Miller (principal) was overflowing with pride over all the awards that were being handed out. This six weeks the students really outdid themselves. Miller said, “It is so exciting, we have more and more kids getting awards. It is an accomplishment in growth too. Parents can see that the kids are actually growing academically and emotionally. During the first six weeks award assembly there was a lot of crying going on and now you see that the kids are growing up and they are actually excited about getting the awards and we are excited about recognizing them for their achievements.”

Way to go Stafford Tigers, keep up the good work!
