Three of Italy’s own to perform in South Pacific
Picture yourself on a South Pacific island during World War II and picture yourself falling for a secretive Frenchman who is being looked at for a dangerous military mission — and this Frenchman is a much older gentleman!
That is the story line of the play South Pacific adapted from the pulitzer prize winning novel Tales of the South Pacific by James A. Michener.
What makes this play even more interesting is three of the actors in this play are from our wonderful little town of Italy. Erika Larsen stars as Nellie Forbush, Devon Payne (IHS freshman) plays one of the nurses and Gary Clark plays Captain Brackett.
