Whether it was head coach Josh Ward with a fist pump or coach Randy Parks at first base yelling, “Go, go, go!,” or Brandon Souder sprinting to first base after a hit, Jase Holden making a diving catch in right field, Reid Jacinto tagging a runner at second base, Caden Jacinto swinging for the fences, Kyle Jackson gunning a runner down from third to first, Alex DeMoss making a grab in left field, Chase Hamilton tracking down a fly ball in center, Cole Hopkins making the tag on a napping runner at first base, Hayden Wood stealing a base, John Byers swinging for the green or Ross Stiles catching strike after strike from pitcher Justin Buchanan, this season’s heroics made for one unforgettable season of baseball and the Gladiators displayed a ball bucket full of moxie during their final challenge.
