Image: “Skinny cook” from Bubba’s on the right, Cheryl Owen, George E. Scott Scholarship chairman, on the left….but real talk here—Our family loves, loves, loves to go to Bubba’s and eat a steak every once in a while. We travel all over Texas playing softball and dining out and cannot find a steak anywhere that we like any better than ones at Bubba’s in Ennis, Texas. We are extra happy when the “skinny cook” is on hand to cook our steaks. They say you should never trust a skinny cook but this does not hold true with this guy. He is a beast at making steaks taste magnificent!!! Oh lordy, my mouth is watering!!! (Kelly Lewis)
