The Italy Planning and Zoning Commission approved a request from William Ward to re-plat PID #185648 on Ward Street.

A public hearing was held at 5 p.m. Tuesday. There were no residents present objecting to the request.

During the regular session, Vicente Guerrero moved to approve the request with a second from Tom Little.

The property is located at Ward and Houston streets, known as Lot 1, Ward’s Edition (0.1690 acre).

Members also approved minutes from the May 14th meeting prior to adjournment.
