Celeste Carroll is no stranger to Italy. She has resided here for eleven years. She has worked for the Italy High School as the secretary to the superintendent and now is the new Activities Director for Trinity Mission.

When asked how she went from a secretary to an activities director Carroll responded, “I took a job in Waxahachie which never happened so I started praying about a job. Someone told me about the position of activities director for Trinity Mission. I went and talked to them about the position and was hired.”

She went on to say, “I am now attending McLennan Community College in Waco and will graduate the end of May to be certified as an activities director. I am a people person, I love to help people so I know I am at the right place.”

Carroll has a lot of new ideas and things she would like to put in place such as: more music, more exercise, plant a garden and work on more family involvement. She explained, “The residents have told me how much they enjoy music and that they would love to have a vegetable garden and redo the flower beds. So I am going to try to work on these things for them.”

Celeste has been married to Paul Carroll for fifteen years and has two sons, Grant and Jake and two grandchildren she is very proud of.

Celeste Carroll is happy to be at Trinity Mission. She said, “This is a wonderful place to be, they have exceptional staff, and residents I am proud to be part of the family.”
