In accordance with the Development Corporation Act, Section 505.159 of the Texas Local Government Code, a public hearing will be held by the Italy Economic Development Corporation, a Type B corporation, on Monday, April 22, 2013, at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Italy Municipal Building, located at 105 West Main Street, Italy, Texas, to consider and take action upon the following project: Upchurch Fields Walking Trail Project. It is requested that you make your views known, either in person or by writing to the Italy Economic Development Corporation.
