Italy Independent School District (IISD) will accept sealed bids on the following surplus items:

• 1999 Chevrolet Van Bus conversion with wheelchair lift $1200.00
• 1995 Ford 65 passenger bus (diesel) $1000.00
• 1997 Ford 70 passenger bus (diesel) $1200.00
• 1988 Ford F-350 $1000.00

EQUIPMENT:

• Ditch Witch trencher model 4010 (not operational) $600.00
• Windsor battery carpet extractor, $100.00

MISCELLANEOUS:

• Chicken brooder house 25×15, $250.00
• Steel storage container 30×12, $1000.00
• A-frame wheeled Wooden Ladder 8 Ft, $50.00
• Commercial Table Saw – $100.00
• Commercial Abrasive Cut-Off Machine – $50.00

BIDDING PROTOCOL

• Dollar amounts on each item are minimum bid.
• Bid winners have 10 days to remove the items from the school district’s property at their own expense.
• Items can be viewed between 8:00AM and 4:00PM June 17 – 21.

• All bids must be submitted in sealed envelope with bid amount and contact information inside and labeled “Surplus Auction June 25”.
• All bids must be received in the Italy ISD Business Office at 300 S. College, Italy, TX 76651 NO LATER THAN 10AM on June 24, 2013.
• Late bids will not be considered.
• Bids will be opened June 25 at 10:00AM.
• You do not need to be present to be awarded a bid.
• IISD reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
