Nick Sam joined the Hillsboro Unified Tae Kwon Do School on January 2, 2012 and is currently a Red Belt. Along with learning Martial Arts, each student is required to bring in their reports cards. Nick attends Italy Stafford Elementary and will be in the 2nd grade in the fall. He is the son of Roger and Maria Sam.

Nick was presented the trophy by Grand Master Park-Houston and Master Charles Kight-Chief Instructor at the Hillsboro Unified Tae Kwon Do School.
