Italy Athletics Boys and Girls Physical’s Aug. 1 at HS; Must notify Coach Tindol
All Italy High School 7th thru 12th grade student-athletes planning to participate in any sport during the 2013-2014 school year must turn in proof of having a recent physical. The Italy Athletic program is conducting physicals at Italy HS on, Thursday, August 1, starting at 1:00 p.m. and will be done on a first come, first serve basis. The fee will be $25.00 for each individual. Those planning to attend must notify AD/HFC Charles Tindol A.S.A.P.
All Italy High School boy and girl student-athletes, from grades 7th thru 12th, who are planning to participate in any sport during the 2013-2014 school year must have a current yearly physical on file.
Coach Tindol and his staff are providing an opportunity for students to receive their physicals at the school on, Thursday, August 1, on a first-come, first-served basis. Dr. John Arkusinski, D.O. will be the physician conducting the physicals. If you wish to take advantage of this opportunity, you must notify Athletic Director/HFC Charles Tindol ASAP.

All student-athletes planning on having physicals done at this time should contact Coach Tindol on his cell at: (325) 260-6815 or by email at: [email protected] so that he can inform “Dr. John” of the amount of supplies he may need to bring and allow him to organize his patient schedule accordingly.
Private appointments can be made at Dr. John’s office in Ennis, or with your family doctor, as long as the proper paperwork is turned into Coach Tindol before 2-a-day practices begin or before practices begin in any sport.
