Italy High School Spirit Week’s planning in is full swing. Italy High School events coordinator, Vivian Moreland has released a complete schedule of events.

Italy Homecoming Activities 2013

Homecoming Dance — October 19, 2013 (Saturday)

• Admission: $5 per person
• Time: 7:30pm – 11:00pm
• Where: High School Old Gym
• Theme: Masquerade

Red Ribbon Week will also take place during Homecoming Week – October 21-25.
The Overall Theme is: Dare to Be a Hero (Help, Encourage, and Respect Others)

• Monday – Camo Day (Honor our military heroes)
• Tuesday – NERD Day
• Wednesday – Band Shirt Day (music shirt) – Go Gladiator Regiment Band – Blaring out drugs!
• Thursday – Generation Day (20s, 40,s 80s, etc.)
• Friday – Gold and White – Homecoming – GO GLADIATORS!

Homecoming Bonfire — October 21, 2013 (Monday)

• Located behind the football field house
• Time: 8pm
• Band, Cheerleaders, Football players, and Gladiator Fans
• Lighting of the “I”

Homecoming Parade — October 25, 2013 (Friday)

• Line-up time: 1:30pm at high school
• Start time: 2pm
• Pep-rally uptown
• Crowning of Homecoming King

Annual George E. Scott Scholarship Barbecue Dinner before game in high school cafeteria

• 5pm to 7pm
• Price: $10 per person

Homecoming Game — Italy Gladiators vs. Cayuga Wildcats

• Time: 7:30pm
• Welcome all Gladiator Alumni!
• Presentation of Homecoming Nominees and Princesses during halftime
• Crowning of the Homecoming Queen 2013
