Italy High School Prom 2014; a night remember

Ennis — Held at E’s Southern Pass off Highway 45 Ennis, the 2014 Italy High School Prom had something for everyone. From a campfire outside where prom goers were allowed to cook and enjoy s’mores, to a full buffet spread inside that covered any hunger pains while a diverse music selection allowed everyone to boot scootin’ boogie as couples or line dance as a group.
Laser lights added a disco feel to the the dance area and even a light haze would occasionally flood the dance floor, only adding to scene of twirling dancers even further. E’s Southern Pass was not a terribly large venue but the quaint little saloon slash dance hall proved perfect for creating a night of lasting memories. The location even offered a back lawn and patio with a western facade where Jessica Clark of McGraw/Clark Photography in Italy was setup to shoot the official prom photos for the event.
Chaperoning the event were Superintendent Jaime Velasco and his wife Lisa Velasco, Principal Lee Joffre and his wife Cassie Joffre, Jennifer Eaglen and Kelly Lewis.
As the event neared conclusion, Paige Westbrook was voted as Prom Queen and Zain Byers was voted as Prom King. Jaclynn Lewis and Josh Zapletal from Ennis were voted Best Dressed. Chace McGinnis and Madison Washington were voted the Prom Prince and Prom Princess.
