Youth for Human Rights provides educators with curriculum covering the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Recently two Italy 8th grade students in Mr. Guidry’s class, Wesley Helms and Mikey South, completed the curriculum and received certificates for their accomplishments.

In order to receive their certificates, they had to compose a series of writing prompts about the Universal Declaration of Human Rights as recognized by the United Nations. Both students did a great job and learned about important issues in the world around them.
