The Italy Gladiator Baseball team finished as the 2015 2A District Runner-up, swept Milford in both clashes this season to claim The Battle of Highway 77 trophy and are now gearing up for their first-round Playoff action against Mart to be played this Friday, May 8, at Waco Connally High School starting @ 7:00 p.m. (Barry Byers)
BASEBALL PLAYOFF INFO:
The Italy Gladiator Baseball team finished as the 2015 District Runner-up and will be compete in the first-round of the Playoffs this Friday, May 8, at Waco Connally High School starting @ 7:00 p.m. vs. Mart.
If the game gets rained out, the two teams will play on Saturday, May 9, starting @ 2:00 p.m.
Italy HS Principal Lee Joffre is putting together a fan bus, and will provide further details later on. Please make your reservation before 2:00 p.m. Thursday.
