Italy Softball earns district honors; Lewis named MVP, Washington Defensive POY
Italy Lady Gladiator senior pitcher Jaclynn Lewis(15) earned the District MVP superlative after leading the Lady Gladiators to an unbeaten 10-0 district record. Lewis hit 4 homers in district play and totaled 7 homers on the season. Lewis also achieved Academic All-District honors and was later named to the 2A All-State team for her third consecutive season.
