When the academic year comes to an end and our school cafeterias close, our kids still need nutritious meals to help nurture mind, body, and spirit. At Italy ISD, we will ensure that our students get free healthy meals during the summer vacation through our Summer Food Service Program. The Texas Department of Agriculture administers this program to connect Texas children in need of good nutrition during the summer months.

Italy ISD will be offering a FREE breakfast and lunch to children and teens ages 18 and younger! Children and teens can continue to eat healthy throughout the summer at no cost, just by showing up. No form of identification is required.
