Italy JH/HS and Stafford Elementary 2016-2017 dates you need to know for August. Mark your calendars!

August 8th

• Stafford Elementary New Student Registration & 2nd Pre K Roundup @ Stafford Elementary Cafeteria 9:00am – 3:00pm
• Grades 9-12 Registration & Schedule Pick Up HS Cafeteria 4:00pm – 6:00pm
  • Students who intend to drive to school must bring driver’s license proof of insurance and $20.00

August 9th, 10th & 12th

• Stafford Elementary Returning Students Registration & 2nd Pre-K Roundup @ Stafford Elementary Cafeteria 9:00am – 3:00pm
  • Current proof of income for Pre-K Only & proof of residency required

August 10th

• Grades 6 – 8 Registration & Schedule Pick up HS Cafeteria 4:00pm – 6:00pm
• 6:30pm Parent Orientation – Band Hall

August 11th

• Stafford Elementary returning students registration & 2nd Pre-K Roundup @ Stafford Elementary cafeteria 9:00am to 6:00pm

August 12th

• Grades 9 – 12 last day for schedule change requests Deadline is Noon

August 16th

• Grades 6 – 12 Meet the Teacher Night 6:45pm – Please be on time. You will follow your child’s schedule to meet each teacher

August 18th

• Stafford Elementary Title 1 Presentation. Meet the Teacher Night 5:00pm – 6:30pm at Stafford Elementary Cafeteria
  • Once all registrations are verified Pre – K 2nd to Cafeteria and 3rd – 5th to Gymnasium

August 22nd

• First Day of school
  • High School – 7:45am – 3:30pm
  • Stafford Elementary – 7:45am – 3:25pm

At All Registration dates for both campuses please bring the following:

• Parent/Guardian picture ID/DL
• Proof of Residency Gas, Electric, Water Bill or Lease Agreement
