Sports physicals will take place on Thursday, July 21 from 11:30 a.m. — 3:00 p.m. inside the Gladiator Coliseum dome located on the campus of Italy High School.

Dr. John B. Arkusinski, DO, will be charging $25.00 per physical.

All incoming 7th Grade thru 12th Grade student-athletes are required to have a completed physical in order to participate on August 1, the beginning of the Volleyball and Football seasons.

NOTE: Incoming 7th Graders and 8th Graders are not required to turn in a physical until August 22 but would need to schedule an appointment with their family doctor which could cost more than the $25 Dr. John will be charging on Thursday.
