It is that time again at Stafford Elementary. Time to recognize the teachers that did not miss a single day in the second six weeks of school.

All of the teachers that did not miss a day, Theresa Cockran, Rochelle Hellner, Kristi Holley, Jeanette Janek, April Mathers, Amy McCleskey, Peri Patterson, Holly Spraberry, and Teresa Young, had their names put in a “hat” and three names were drawn out to win a free meal at Chili’s restaurant. The three lucky winners were April Mathers, Peri Patterson and Teresa Young.

Teresa Young (inclusion teacher) said, “It is so nice to be appreciated for something you have done. I am very happy to get to go to Chili’s for a great meal”.

When asked how she felt about being honored for perfect attendance, Amy McCleskey (first grade teacher) said, “I think good attendance shows how dedicated we are and how supportive we are of the students. We are always here for the students, here for our school and here for the teachers we teach with.”
