The Ellis County African American Hall of Fame Committee is accepting nominations for their 2014 Hall of Fame Class. Nomination forms must be received by April 15, 2014.

To be eligible, nominee must:

• be an alumnus/alumna of an Ellis County Elementary or High School
• have graduated at least fifteen years ago
• received local, state or national recognition for achievement in his/her occupational field, made significant contributions to his/her fellow man or performed meritorious service for his/her county
• be of excellent character
