If you walked into Italy High School cafeteria on Wednesday afternoon, you would have seen approximately 20 students listening intently on the new rules and goals of the Gold Guild (G²), the newest club at school.

The Italy National Junior Honor Society hosted their annual induction ceremony on Monday night in the band hall. Marjorie Bridge is the Chapter Advisor and she is very proud of her upcoming group.

Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) is a nonprofit U.S. career and technical student organization for young men and women in family and consumer science education through grade 12. IHS has a great group of organizers this year.

If you want to have a little fun this week, come to Italy’s football field and watch the Junior or Senior girls win the title of Powder Puff Champions 2008.
