Michelle was devoted to her faith, family and friends. She loved being outdoors. Give her a fishing pole and she was as happy as she could be. She always had a smile to share with anyone who needed one. Michelle loved to be surrounded by family and friends.

Lowell Hamilton (L.H.) Baker, 82, of Waxahachie, Texas passed away on September 25, 2008. He was the only child born to the late James Edward and Maggie Lucille Baker of Italy, Texas.

Berlin R. Compton, 93, of Corsicana, passed away on Friday, Sept. 19, 2008 in Corsicana.
Mary was a 1984 Graduate of Italy. While in school, Mary pursued a nursing career with VICA through the Waxahachie School. In 1990, Mary moved to Minnesota and took several years to finished her life long goal to become a RN. However, before she took her exit exam, she was diagnosed with a brain tumor. She took her exam, passing the bar, but after surgery, was labeled disabled. Mary tried for several years to regain enough energy and skill to work in the nursing field but was unable. After a nine year battle with multiple cancerous tumors, Mary lost her battle.
