Working at an amazing pace, the Baptist Church Builders of Texas’ volunteers constructed an amazing new church for the Mt. Gilead Missionary Baptist Church in Italy. With an extraordinary example of brotherly love, the efforts of neighbors helping neighbors and the piece-by-piece process at which the new church is being erected, has produced many heartwarming images.

In fact, this was been such an emotional week for the Mt. Gilead congregation that WFAA Channel 8 News/Dallas aired a story on Thursday capturing the spirit of the event.

“The outpouring of love and financial contributions from so many has brought tears to my eyes,” commented church member, Ervin Green, Sr.

“Together we can make it happen.”
