The public is invited to the headquarters of the Monolithic Dome Institute on Saturday, October 14th. Between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., many of the domes on the property will be open to tour. Entrance to the open house is free and open to families and all ages.

Our meeting this month is on a very popular topic “Backyard Chickens”. We have so many chicken farmers! It looks like we will have a good attendance. Please feel free to bring a chair if you like. We will have some chairs and some feed bags to sit upon.

ITALY, Texas — Monolithic Dome homes all across the United States, including the dome complex off of Kinfolk Road in Italy, Texas, will be open for tours from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday, October 19th. Admission is free.
James and Joyce Hobbs have lived in Italy for three years and were delighted when their yard was chosen as “Yard of the Month.” It is very easy to see why. They have beautiful pumpkins, flowers and scare crows to bring in the fall season.
With a desire to make healthy eating more convenient for our community the Milford Titus Women has developed the Milford Farmers Market. Beginning Saturday, June 18th, the market will run Saturdays through October 15th from 9:00am to 1:00pm at the Milford Park in downtown Milford, Texas.
The snow has come and the area is picturesque. Besides the beauty surrounding us, the weather has lent a hand in a wonderful past time that has been turning heads for ages. Just go outside and look around.
You know it is getting close to Christmas when you drive down Highway 35 in Italy, Texas and you see two large friendly snowmen bobbing back and forth as if they are welcoming in the Christmas season.
