Juvenile Hearing: As explained in the handout at the first hearing, the juvenile and his attorney could waive subsequent detention hearings. In this case, the juvenile and his attorney have waived the hearing scheduled for tomorrow. The next hearing is scheduled for February 28 at 10:30 a.m. That hearing can also be waived. If the hearing is waived, the juvenile remains in detention. I will send something out the day before the hearing if the hearing is waived.
